Events at the Park

Free Youth Symphony Concert Mark Sunday, May 20 on your calendar because you won't want to miss this lovely afternoon in the Park. The East County Youth Symphony will be performing a Pops program starting at 4 pm. Shuttles will run from the fire station, 10105 Vivera Drive, beginning at 3:30 pm.
Power Yoga Join us for a Power Yoga Class, taught by instructor Rose Polak, every Wednesday and Friday morning at 9:00 am. Click on the calendar date listings for more information. The Yoga class is a drop-in donation based class for all levels so no registration is required.
Pilates This is another great work-out option in the Park. Pilates will leave you ready for swimsuit season! This is a fee based class. contact Mary Zarlin at Zarlinpilates@cox.net to sign up.
Outside sponsored events In addition to events sponsored by the Foundation, Mt. Helix Park is the perfect setting for weddings, memorial services, and other events hosted by non-profit organizations. You'll find all of the information needed to plan your event at the Park in this section or click on the form you want on the right side of this screen.
General Visiting Park gates are open almost every day for general visiting from approximately sunrise to sunset. Please come and experience one of the most spectacular views in East County. Check the website calendar to confirm if there is a wedding or special event going on which may limit general visitation.
