1. The Park is available for rental by other non-profit organizations, for weddings and memorial services, and for other religious services.  Find information on wedding and memorial packages in the "Download Forms" section on the Events and Programs page.  For renting the Park for other non-profit events contact tstotz@mthelixpark.org.
   
2. Read Rules and Regulations and Liability Release documentation.
   
   
3. Decide who will be coordinating the event.
   
   
4. Fill out the application and mail it along with your deposit check to the Foundation. Your permit will be sent to you.
   
   
5. Decide on the setup location, at the Cross or in the Amphitheatre.
   
   
6. Consider your options in case the weather impacts the event (rain, clouds, fog, heat, cold). The Foundation is not responsible for providing an alternative site in case of inclement weather.
