Planning Considerations

- Consider if the cost and requirements (security, restrooms, parking attendants, shuttles, etc.) are within your budget. Click here for the Wedding Packages.
- Read the Mt. Helix Park Rules and Regulations and liability release documentation.
- Decide who will be coordinating the event (the bride is not recommended).
- Check the calendar under the Events and Programs section to see if your proposed date is open. Email Jamie Rhine at intuitiveeventsjr@yahoo.com to see if your date is available and to discuss your plans. Lastly, fill out the application and mail it along with your deposit check to the the Mt. Helix Park Foundation. Your permit will be sent to you.
- Decide on the location, at the Cross or in the Amphitheatre.
- Consider your options in case the weather impacts the event (rain, clouds, fog, heat, cold). The Park is not responsible for providing an alternative site in case of inclement weather.
