Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a leash

Smoking or vaping is not permitted

Glass containers are not permitted

Skateboards

Skateboarding is not permitted

Trash

Trash cans are provided throughout the Park. Please help us keep the Park clean and pick up your trash when you leave.

Photography

Photo Policy: By their presence and/or participation in a Mt. Helix Park Foundation-sponsored class, activity, or event, all such guests and visitors both for themselves and for their accompanied children, consent to being photographed by Park authorized staff for non-commercial purposes consistent with the purposes of the Foundation. If photographed, such guests, visitors, and their children also relinquish all rights to compensation or to require further consent for the use by the Park of finished prints, images, reproductions, and copies of such photographs in all types of media, and to the loan and exhibition of such images in any form consistent with the purposes of the Park, including publicity. The Park will obtain consent for any commercial uses. If you do not wish to be photographed, or to have your child photographed in accordance with this policy, then complete a photo form, available from the Park office (619) 741-4363.
